心眼
いけばなは、目に映るものは色や形である。
それなのに、このいけばなには色がない。そう見えるかもしれない。
それは肉体の一器官としての目だけで見ているからである。
目をつむり、自分の記憶や感性を動員して心の眼を開いてほしい。
樹相には生きてきた痕跡や意志など、生命の本質が現れているはずだ。
人に それぞれの相があり、そこに鮮やかな人生が現れるのと同じである。
心の眼を開く準備はできただろうか。
華道家元四十五世 池坊専永
池坊いけばなを嗜む者は、
手に持った一枝一葉を眺める中で、
花木にはひとつとして同じものがないことを知り、
露を含んだ一輪の蕾に未来を感じるとき、
いけばながひとときの楽しみを供するものに留まらず、
深遠な思想を有するものだと気付きました。
大阪・関西万博2025で
「いのち輝く未来社会」が謳われる今こそ、
池坊いけばなの根底にある
生成発展する“いのち”の美しさと向き合い、
“みらい”への希望を花に託して一瓶に表現します。
With ‘Designing Future Society for Our Lives’ being celebrated at the Osaka/ Kansai Expo 2025,
it is the time to face the beauty of life that is generated and developed at the root of Ikenobo ikebana
and to entrust our hopes for the future to flowers.
We are holding this exhibition in the hope that it will help people understand the true richness
of their hearts in this modern age overflowing with all sorts of information.
Ikebana has been passed down from ancient times.
We, who live in the present, are holding the Exhibition as a bridge connecting us to the future.
見どころ Highlights
華道家元四十五世 池坊専永、次期家元 池坊専好、青年部代表 池坊専宗の大作をはじめ、池坊の華道家によるいけばなを、期間中、約250～400作展示します。
Ikenobo Sen’ei, the 45th Headmaster, Ikenobo Senko, the Headmaster Designate, Ikenobo Senshu, the Leader of Ikenobo Youth Association, and Ikenobo ikebana artists from all over Japan will present approximately 300－400 ikebana arrangements during the exhibition period.

我々は植物の“いのち”に対し、どのように向き合ってきたか？
池坊の命の哲学を表す言葉、解き明かす言葉を添えた作品を展示します。
日本華道社 Kadosha Shop (Ikebana tools and souvenirs)
期間中、会場出口付近に日本華道社が出店します。花器や剣山、針金などの華道具のほか、池坊オリジナルグッズも多数販売します。
